CMS CHECKLIST

It's never been easier for Subcontractors and suppliers to register with CMS. Simply fill out the form below and one of our project managers will be in touch with you shortly to discuss.

This page is designed to capture information on individuals and organisations wishing to pre qualify for work on contracts. The information captured in this document will be used to complete a risk assessment that takes into account the type of work being performed, level of insurance coverage and safe methods of work. All questions must be answered and documentation may be requested to support your application. It should be noted that the answers must either be Yes or No and there is no provision to answer Not Applicable. If a question doesn’t relate to your particular field of work, then comments should be provided as to why the question isn’t relevant. Failing to answer a question will delay the assessment process and may disqualify you from any further consideration.

Copies of Certificates of Currency for insurances held and copies of licences and other qualifications must be provided when responding. At the completion of the assessment process you will be contacted and advised of the results. You will then be required to complete an On-Line Induction that provides valuable information on safe work practices, work order management and general house rules. The On-Line induction must be completed by all individuals attending our client’s properties. At the completion of the induction a certificate and induction card will be issued.
