Based out of our Gold Coast office, we currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join us during an exciting time of rapid growth and development.
Working alongside our current team of talent, the primary aims of this role is to source new business opportunities within South East Queensland and secure major projects and client relations.
Focused on hunting new business opportunities and growing existing client portfolios which range from medium to high end accounts
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships
As an outbound caller you are required to make a minimum of 25 calls daily. These 25 calls will also consist of 2 or more prospects each day
Understanding of performance and sales KPI’s and managing a customer base to achieve goals, objectives and work towards achieving yearly budgets.
Provide exceptional customer service
Create new records where needed, update and maintain customer details/outcome of conversations in our CMS
Strong professional communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
Key Essential Experience:
Ideally a minimum 5 years of demonstratable successful track record and experience in sales is highly desirable
Industry knowledge of the cleaning and / or maintenance sector
You will have excellent attention to details, a vibrant yet mature outlook and be committed to offering outstanding customer service to our customers
You will be a highly motivated individual with strong sense of urgency.
Your negotiation skills, ability to communicate effectively in all levels
A bright, focused attitude with high energy level and be sales orientated
Solid relationship building skills and excellent time management skills
High attention to details on all forms of admin/paperwork

About the role:
CMS are currently seeking applications to fulfill a Shift Manager role. CMS is a specialised building maintenance and Industrial services provider. Your position will lead and develop small crews onsite. You will champion the onsite efficiencies for the company and be the point of contact between the crew and the project administration. Reporting directly to the Operations manager and the Executive management team, your role will be involved in driving and developing the companies onsite processes. Your role will cover sites across South East Queensland, with the majority of Government sites being between Bundall on the Gold Coast and Southbank in Brisbane.
The successful applicant will be hands on with all steps of the service delivery, from shift planning, training, implementation, through to project completion documentation.
What would you be doing?
Onsite leadership & planning
Daily Coordination with varying shifts. (Day Afternoon & Night)
Performance management to ensure Quality and Budget success.
Hands on general facilities maintenance duties
Comprehensive reporting of service outcomes.
Ensure successful achievement of all related WH&S, Environmental safety.
Assist the Operations Manager in planning to meet budgets and quality outcomes.
Assist the Management team in developing and growing the brand

Experience in leading a team of people in some capacity

To take responsibility for the onsite activities, efficiencies and delivery of sustainable safe outcomes for CMS and its clients. Assist the Director in driving projects from estimation to completion and becoming the go-to person anything to do with the projects at hand.
This role is a full time position which requires shift work from Monday to Friday.
